Just got my black bear rug back from my 2007 bear. What a BRUIN!!! My rug measures 6'6" from tip of nose to tip of tail & 52" wide. I arrowed him on the May 30/2007 (2nd last day of season) at 30 yards on the ground on the way into my bear bait. I couldn't be happier.
Who mounted that one ....North West Tax.

This bear was done by Starky's Taxidermy in Edmonton.
