Mayatan, Mink and the other one close to there had bad winter kill this year snow took to long melting. I did get some decent Perch there this spring but havent been there since.

A 3-4 pounder is always quite a prize. My pops always said: "There's no fish bigger than a big perch".

Wish perch got that big here. I found and lost a picture of some perch in Australia that were huge too. Looked for the website but can't find it. They were European perch too if I'm not mistaken. I believe they are not a native species there.
