Allen Bill 24 incher

so i was at Allen bill the other day and caught this beast on my first cast, i thought that place was always fished out but this fish looks too big to be a stocked fish, what do you guys think???? sorry about the bad pic, i took it out of a video

I've seen that pond washed out a few times , maybe from the river , good on you for the release , nice one for that pond
