Drop shot hooks???

Does anyone know where you can buy the hooks featured in the artical on page 79 in the Outdoor Canada Mag (Special issue 2007 Fishing )they are hooks designed for drop shot rigging i would really like to try them Wholesale in Edmonton told me they don't and can not get them
