For those of you who use the TightSpot Quiver, are they everything they say they are? Looking at getting one but would like some feedback before i drop a small fortune on one.

I really like mine, compact, adjustable, tight against the bow and solid. I have hunted with for 2 years now and haven't heard a sound yet. It has a quick detach as well. Solid, simple and adjustable, not sure what else you are looking for.

I haven't used a Tightspot but my G5 Headloc is light, VERY adjustable and has quick detach and is $100 LESS. :)

I ran one on my 2012 element rkt but have gone back to fixed 2 piece, I couldn't get along with it on my specialist when i switched to the spot hogg it sight with the dovetail bar, it would not go tight enough to the bow, with a regular sight bracket(non dovetail style) you would be fine, I talked with them about a longer bar on the piece that screws to the sight bracket but they weren't interested...all good anyhow as really do prefer fixed two piece, it was ok and if a guy likes detach then its a top option. If your a fixed 2 piece stay that way imo, and if you run a sight with a meaty dovetail base pushing out the mounting location then you may run into problem getting it super tight to bow.

Mine was new style it ran a bit heavier than they advertised in the 11.5 oz range when it was supposed to be 10. something...love the diamond fixed 2 piece for the bowtech, cheap and only 5.5 oz ;) for us gram counters. Really miss the quality fixed 2 piece I could get for the Mathews stuff...they are the ultimate quivers imo, tight, high quality, awesome.

Yep, from what I've seen and heard they are basically the same quiver. Just different name on em. Gonna be putting one on my charger when I go pick it up.

I went with the tight spot this year on my supra. I like it as i shoot a movable sight so its easy to access and move the yardage if needed. Seems quiet. I got to test her out on a bear 2 days after getting it on my bow. watching the vid it sounded pretty quiet as well. Most 2 piece quivers create issues if shooting a movable sight. I like the fact it sits close to my bow. I do prefer a 2 piece quiver though if i wasn't shooting this particular sight.

:D A decent quiver IMHO...also depends what brand bow, Mathews for example have the best made quivers hands down ...but costly also..

personally I also prefer a two piece..I am not a fan of Sight bracket mounted quivers...although there are a couple good quailty Sight bracket mounted quivers out there...low profile, quite, and a quick release are things to look for...

Many with a Sight bracket mounted quiver take there quivers off when in blind or stand...

Look at a couple before deciding ...you will know what one is best for you when you see it...

I have both the Tight Spot and the Octone version and there is no contest between them.....the Tight Spot is in a totally different league for quivers. I picked them both for the VAP arrows, small diameter, and for that they both work...again the Tight Spot holds them better. For me the biggest difference is in the attachment to the bow. The slider on the Octane is plastic and very sticky....not good if you want to remove it; the Tight Spot comes on and off as I want and without any issues at all. Get the Tight Spot and you won't be disappointed.
