water for this time of year is actually a bit below what we have been seeing over the past few years...ya its muddy as usual, but a minnow on a bottom line is still producing Lots of fish in the usual holes. Was out last sunday evening for a few hours and landed 2 sauger, 8 spunky Goldeye, and a burb....so it may be muddy and up a bit, but the fishing is good!

X2 fish still have to eat. I caught some walleye the other day using black jigs in the muddy water and did fine.
