Hey Guys & Gals,

I need a list of the top 10 northern fishing lodges from BC, AB, & SK (10 total) for a client of mine.

Just wondering where guys have been and their experiences (good & bad).

Fish species doesn't matter. I have been to Northern Mikisew & Gypsy lake and have had no complaints.

Thanks,

I did an outpost camp with Caribou Mountian one time.It was no lodge just tents but the experience was great and the fishing was awsome.

Had a great time with a bunch at Grist Haven Lodge, you can fish Grist for Lakers and do a trip to Winefred for wally and big pike...... been years though so an update would be of interest..

You already have a good list with northern Sportfishing,Charles,Ryan and Lake Athabasca. One suggestion i have is to check Voyage Air,which owns/operates,BlackBirch Lake, and Careen lake in sask, which they fly out of FtMc as well. Both have lake's which are larger in Blackbirch, but pike and awesome walleye are better in careen, with a short walkin to the world famouse virgin river for grayling. The Cabin's at both are prob the best, besides Namur in the price range ive advertised to you.......last time we went was Careen 899/person,fri morning in and,mon morning out,and the flip trip same cost was mon morning in and fri morn out.Jack and Eileen are great host's,and is a total family run operation.Company's like Catipilar in the states book yearly,in the big lodge which can take 8-10 ppl i believe.

Check out MacIntrye Lake lodge (fishcree.com). Just opened last year so the lake has hardly been fished. Amazing cabins and amazing fishing.

The latest issue of the Sportsman Magazine printed a directory located at the back page. Good luck.
