Was at Bistcho Lake for 3 days this week. Fishing was a bit slow to begin with, picking up some pike and the odd walleye, trolling in fairly close to the shorelines, close to the lodge. Headed across to Jackfish point (?) and did very well with the Walleye. There was a chop on the water most days, and we had the best luck drifting in from 10-12 ft to ~5ft. Had luck dragging spoons and jiggs. Biggest walleye was 7lbs; biggest pike was 15.
This was my first time to this lake (others in our group had been there before) -- it was a great time, and I'll definately go again.
Cheers!
