can I make my new 50/60lb bow a 60/70lb just by changing bow limbs? or is there more to it than that?

Yes re-sight for sure...the geometry should remain the same.

When we replace limbs we have to do a complete tear down...Re-asselmble and then Spec tune the bow to Manufacturers bow specs as new...
One advantage is your strings will have been fully shot in so once set to spec shot a couple times and re checked ..all spec and tune will remain solid...
We can get them very close to where you were shooting before the limb Change...at most a slight pin sight change as you will most likely have spec poundage and speed as new...
