Northern pikes around nordegg

Just wondering if there are any good walleye or northern pike fishing spots around Nordegg / David Thompson resort?

Not really... More trout country, could try the cline for some bulls or whites & cutts. Closest for pike/ walleye would be jackfish lake, baptiste or nordegg river which are back to the east 80ish km

Baptiste lake west of Athabasca?
Me and the wife are going to David Thompson resort end of July, I don't have much experience fishing for trout, where should we go and got any tips?

No bapiste river. It is north of hwy 11 About 40km west of rocky mountain house. crosses the sunchild road

Cow lake would be the closest for pike.... Diseased pike

Brazeau dam has big pike as well
