3 loons on a lake.

Knocked off work early today after a particularly hard couple of weeks so grabbed the kids from Day-Care and took them out to Millerz Lake.
They played and swam while I fished from the yak.
I landed a decent rainbow early.

Then I tried some fly fishing.

I got a couple of good hits and landed 3 of this years stockers. They've grown a fair bit since I last saw them and would be in the 20's now I reckon.

Kids had fun, I had fun. Happy Independence Day.
