hey does anybody now what kinda flies to use in the heat of the day on the bow river near bearspaw dam and down from there?????

Get streamers down deep and in faster water.

I find that San Juan Worms are one of the best flies for the Bow and they will work all year round. Usually I fish a weighted San Juan and a dropper, usually a pheasant tail nymph or GRHE. The fish will be in the more aerated sections of the river in the heat, so try to fish right along the bottom.

Grasshoppers will also work at this time of year, try a hopper with a dropper and you might have some luck.
