so iv'e fished the nsr every day this week and though the bite has been producing double digit counts every night haven't landed a big one till this evening. 28" 6lbs range (not that chunky)

we have been catching lots of sauger and saugeye this week. the pics. posted are a saugeye. i'm told that the white tip on the tail is what makes it a saugeye.

First pic looks like a plain old walleye. Are the rest of the pics(the ones with spotted dorsel) of the same fish as the first pic?

Pretty pronounced white tip for a saugeye on the first pic. Was there spots on the dorsal? Im sayin walter. Pretty large as well.

Pretty sure the first picture is of the walleye he caught from the first paragraph and the rest are of a saugeye.
