It's very similar to the big one pulled out of Waterton Reservoir a few years ago. Reminiscent of a Salmon, not so much a typical brown.

Great fish Fisherpotch, could be the biggest Brown Trout ever caught and posted by an AO member.

The whole kick to the shore in my pontoon I was thinking the same thing, of course I was hoping mine was bigger than the waterton record.

And thank you kind sir!

I'd have to agree. It was probably a week ago when I come to terms with the fact that I'll probably never get a trout over 30 inches on the fly.

To be honest I've been trying to catch a brown over 20 all year, this was only 7th or 8th brown I've landed. Until yesterday I had a personal vendeta against browns lol. I'm living proof that they truly are a fish of a thousand casts, maybe ten thousand for me lol.

Well I could have done an outstanding taxidermy job for you on that beautiful fish but seen you already have it lined up with someone. I can't wait to see the finished product.
