Hello all, I use a Eberlestock X3 back pack for lugging my gear/guns around when calling coyotes. The buckle on the waist strap is plastic and it broke so I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good steel buckle that will fit a 2inch nylon strap. I don't want to have the buckle break again this winter when I'm a few miles from my truck .
Thanks Wally

Go to Princess Auto, they should have what you're looking for.

If you want to order online go to:
http://www.seattlefabrics.com/cam_buckles.html
if you want to buy local go to any good horse tack/feed shop they'll have a few different styles of fastener's and buckles. If you can sew or have access to someone that does get a Halter Buckle and melt some holes in the webbing or punch holes and put grommets to reinforce.

You could try campers village as well. I know they have a pretty good selection of backles etc at the back.
