I was thinking of heading out to SPFGA either late Sunday (after 5:00) or early Monday (around 7:30am) to shoot the 3d loop. Any other SPFGA members that want to join me for a little friendly competition or to sharpen up before hunting season would be more than welcome. I'll even help build your confidence, when you compare your scores to mine!

Depending on how much I get done this weekend Monday morning might be doable.

Sounds good. Just fire me off a pm late Sunday or early Monday if u can make it. I can even do a bit earlier if that works better for you.

You can still purchase a REGULAR membership which gives you access to everything BUT the Firearms Ranges. "Regular" is OK on the Archery Range and trail Walk.

Is anyone going this weekend?

I might. I was going to go to the Parkland BB Hunter shoot, but after working on broadhead tuning last weekend, I think I might need a bit more range time, if I want to get those Montecs flying true.

I am a newer member of SPFGA and not familar with the 3D range. Can anyone send me the details on location, access, etc? My boy and i just got back into bowhunting and would be a great place to sharpen up!

Thanks

When you drive through the gate, instead of turning right to go to the gun range, take a left turn to the archery range. Just past the tree stand simulator is a sign for the "Archery Walk". That trail is where the 3d targets are set up. There are 15 targets, (although some are pretty tough to see right now as the trails have grown in a bit).
