Does anyone have any information about the Kananaskis area streams and lakes? Are they high, walkable, or suggestions for fishing? Any help would be appreciated.

highway 66 west of mclean creek and hwy 40 between highwood junction and K lakes are still closed.

beyond that creeks and ponds are fishing well (at least the ones I've fished are)

It would help if you were more specific....

Hows the fishing in the upper and lower lakes right now? Debating whether to make the trek down there from Edmonton or not. If its decent, does spin gear work here or is it more a lake for bug chuckin? Any info is greatly appreciated and would help in me making my decision. Thanks in advance!

Looking at Opal Creek and Upper and lower lakes area. Thanks.

Opal creek was running very high and dirty about a week ago when I was there.
