bow river spots

i am new to fishing for trout and i thought i would go to the bow to try it out,
can someone tell me some good areas where u can catch some nice rainbows

Try starting at Fish Creek Park. There is a lot of fishable water starting at that point. There might be quite a few anglers, but the Bow is tough to learn, so maybe you can find someone to give you a few tips on the water. Are you fly fishing or spin fishing?

Ya Fish creek is a good place to start, same with the southland dog park and 22X and Deerfoot under the bridge. I am headed out tonight for a few hours. If you want to join me shoot me a pm. I will be around the southland dog park area.
