New to fishing

Hello. I'm new to fishing and am wanted to learn good places to fish. I'm looking around the spruce grove area. If anyone could help me out with ideas. I will be fishing from shore as well.

Plenty of lakes around there. They all have fish. Wab, Lac Ste. Anne, etc. Pick one.

Depending what you are going for and whether you have a boat you have many options. For shore fishing you could try muir, chickakoo, saur or star for trout. Wabamun has a variety of fish jut remember not to keep them. You could also try the north Saskatchewan river either in the city or out near Devon. Just a few of the MANY options out there. Oh okay thanks. I won't be keeping any just releaseing and I will be fishing from shore. But I will try those spots out thanks.
