Hit up the nsr this evening with Vigsy and applejack, started off slow but really picked up landed 6 walleye myself. Great evening with a great group of fisherman. Plenty of bites to keep us busy on the jigs :)

Good catches, can you notice the river being down as dramatically as west of the city? Do you find once it dropped and cleaned up as much as I has it changes fishing?

We were out the weekend as well and our usual spot was a gravel bar so we walked out to it and fished past and completely different species were caught.

The river is good 24 7 365, my favorite time is when it`s high and muddy but fall time is always excellent for some of the bigger fat walleye.
