Albertans over 65 can fish here without a fishing license, how about those over 65 from another province?

anyone over 65 doesnt matter where they r from as long as it alberta

Found this info in the 2006/07 regs
I'm thinking that a senior from outside AB requires a general licence. I do not see a senior catagory for them.

Alberta Residents
Age 16 to 64 years $22.50
Age 65 or older No Licence Required
Youths (less than 16 years) No Licence Required
Canadian Residents
from outside Alberta
Age 16 and older $22.50
Youths (less than 16 years) No Licence Required
Non-Residents
from outside Canada
Age 16 and older
- Annual $61.50
- Limited (5-day) $41.50
- Limited (1-day) $23.50
Youths (less than 16 years) No Licence Required
Indians

No Licence Required

i never over 65 you dont need a license( this was the last thread on the last page of fishing discussion

In B.C. , seniors need a licence no matter what province you come from, including B.C.
