Attended the Alberta Fisheries Round Table meeting Saturday and there are no proposed regulation changes for the NSR in 2014

wouldun't surprise me if they thought about selling walleye tags for nsr. pop. seems to be very high, and would bring in some gen. rev. for our govt. to waste.

They don't make money off tags.

No, don't ever open up the river.

Why? Because that's the only reason many people fish it. For sport. Not for food.

I agree - if those monsters that are in there start to disappear, it would be a sad day for all :fishing:

One of the last few places a guy can go in Alberta, let alone 5 minutes from their house and have a chance of hooking a 10lb+ walleye.

Agreed hope they dont ever open it up, same as Wab just leave it alone
