might be winter tomorrow but today was a gorgeous day on the river. Got the new intake on and set up, boats running great so I headed down to one of the winter holes, hoping for a dino. Ended up hooking into a beauty 57 incher and then 3 more, 54 36 and a huge 21 incher. Had another one on just for a few seconds, then it managed to get away , would have been my 200 this season :sign0176: but I figure I still have time to drag one more out of the water before its time to strap on the cleats and fire up the auger:( Awesome fight from the 2 big ones on the regular uglystik :bad_boys_20: the 54 incher slipped the hook and ended up getting caught in the pectoral fin, even harder bringing them in when they can pull crossways to you! uploaded the video from the 57, will upload the 54 and add it to this thread when its done. also landed some big silver redhorse, biggest was 12 pounds easy and another awesome fight!

dago there were a couple other boats that came down after me but we were spread out pretty good, I tried that 20 foot hole too but no luck, got all mine in 11 feet , probably hit my spot close to home today until the storm gets here. Id love to run back to the same spot but if that launch gets snowed on Id have to chain up to get the boat out

Nice fish Wayne, it was an awesome day out there, we were the boat down river from you. We ended up catching 3 dinos 1 walleye and 1 sucker and lost a pretty descent sturgeon. Gonna try and get some pics up later

nice to sort of meet you :) I dont know whats up with the walleye, guess they were hiding from the coming storm. this time last year there were lots of hogs around there. Im hoping later this week its nicer so I can get back down there and look for some more sturgeon. :sHa_shakeshout:
