Is there any ice fishing in Dewitt's pond?

you can definitely ice fish there, the common issue is its close to town and fished hard like any other stocked trout pond/lake. some families go out there to do some family pond ice skating so just give them some room for that. I've ice fished there a few times got none and saw a few small trout frozen in the ice that was about it. the deepest part of that pond is on the south side where the rocks are by that silo looking thing. good luck
