Phils Small Engine Repair in st.albert is the only place i trust with all my toys.
they do awesome work on augers, lawnmowers, snow blowers, chain saws, etc.
great people and fair prices.

If it ran fine last year, I wouldn't touch it.

Just from my experience

I took the spark plug out during storage. When I put it back in, I needed to regap it for some reason....
New gas and oil mixture
Cleaned the air filter in warm water and soap...let dry and then dipped in oil and drained
Put sharp blades back on...

Started er up easy:)
