weather network said minus 38 without the windchill, so I figured it was too cold to stay home so I went fishing :bad_boys_20: spotted a herd of chilly antelope on the way

wee bit frosty, thought I was going to croak a few times :sign0176: even worse coming back off the lake into the strong wind, wind chill somewhere near minus 50. lost feeling in a few digits for a while, cant wait to be able to drive on! roof is the reason why you dont forget cans of pop in the truck overnight :bad_boys_20:

Wayne: You are one hard core guy. I like to think I am somehow associated with you through this forum. I wish I had the nuts to be out there like you are. Keep up the good work.

Brandonkop: You need to hold back on the rum. Those are not perch. I understand. I have had a few myself.

It's only -14 this morning, twice as warm as it was yesterday. Going to be out a lot earlier today. Wayne, I'll pack my 8" auger out, leave that heavy 10"on shore. (That's another reason I like 8" half the weight of a 10" )See you there.

The only good thing about <-30 weather is that anything above -25 after that feels warm in comparison.

Enjoy your fishin boys. Those of us workin today are jealous.

There you go. -14 like the current lows in Sibersky. I predict a hog from you two today. Good luck!

it was a pretty slow day, with all the heavy snowcover and a chinook blowing the fish were very slow biting. did manage one 19 incher and 5 or 6 smaller eyes today, was sure a lot more comfortable than yesterday!
