well finally got some new boots today after about 5 years of nothing but shoes. lets see how they do for ice fishing.

What are those ones rated for? My boots are rated for -90 feet stay warm all day, even sweat sometimes if I do any walking.

there rated for -50 and they say there water proof.

Ice fishing in shoes :snapoutofit: any boots will be an improvement. I am a HUGE supporter of the Sorel-100 artic pack boots. Hope you won't have to be doing the happy dance on the ice to keep them warm anymore:)

lol yes they will. these are the windriver HD3 Snow Leopard III Pack Boot. no i shouldnt. i have many a pair of wool socks to put inside as well.
