made it out sunday.
COLD!!!! -24 and bad wind chill when we arrived!!
VERY cooperative trout!!! was rare to see a fish that didn't bite!!!!
in 5hrs landed 30-40.
again, no hogs.
one nice 17"er.
great to have a fun, busy day
super delicious!!!!

Wow nice job bud:) wish I knew of more lakes to go to that have nice brook trout. I've only been to two and one gets way to much attention to the point that they are almost extinct and the other is only accessible by sled now and I don't have a sled just a 4x4. Great job bud looks like a good meal and time fishin

How did you cook those up?

I don't think I've ever skinned a brookie before.

Looks fit for the smoker!

Those specks look delicious...what are the lighter coloured fillets? I've never seen speck fillets that light? Look almost like laker fillets.
