Open fire's while ice fishing

Looked in the reg's and I can't see the rule... Lots of people have coleman little BBQ's or whatever out on the ice, but what about open fires? Obviously I mean in a contained fire pit of some sort....

I made a portable fire pit that raises off the ice about 3ft. It's easy to transport and nice to stand beside while fishing and cooking our lunch all at once
