Does anyone know the ice conditions for Wabamun?

I am thinking of heading out tomorrow,and its better safe than sorry.

A couple of us are out right now and the floodwater is brutal. Snowmobile got stuck once already in it. East Side of Fallis is the worst. Bring rubber boots.

was out at townsite all day , about 3 " of black ice, 6 " of white ice, and tons of FLOODWATER ........... Prepare to be wet if you go !

WE were sinking 6" or more into flood water, just brutal conditions !

I always fish with sorrel boots and rapala ice suit, u can basicly lay in the flood water, stay warm and dry for 8 hours straight.

I have all good water proof clothing as well, I was fine, but others out there were struggling !

I was thinking about going on Wednesday but maybe I might have to rethink my options. How was the fishing?

Your dad says you can't use his truck .......... so don't drive your Honda on the ice or else you will need to be rescued.
