When and where was your first trip on ice this year?

Pothole X.. Sorry guys can't share location of this one. First trip a week ago Sunday. Wicked windchill. About 6" of good hard ice. All rainbows, very chunky. Stomachs were packed with scuds and a few big minnows. Caught them on Lindy Minnow Jigs with a chunk of cooked shrimp. Fished suspended in 12-14 FOW. Most were caught about 6-8 feet below the ice. Middle of the day. If you set up in the mornings fish in water less than 6 feet. I was just off a big shallow flat.

Wab 2.5 weeks ago . Was a nice day out for me, just getting out felt good, 2 Pike Topside , both small, 37" and under 30" for the other one , But still nice to get out
