Ice Fishing near Cochrane

Hello just hoping someone could give me some direction to some ice fishing spots near Cochrane? New to the area and would like to take the family out a few times. Not really picky as to the fish, just somewhere reasonable to get to. Thanks in advance everyone.

Ghost is close but can be a tough lake to fish, how far you willing to travel?

Burnstick is abt an hour north . There is also a lake at water valley the name escapes me right now, abt 40 min north

Winchell Lake just north on hwy 22 and a little west

I am also new to Cochrane and read about winchell in my looking around for a good fishing spot. Haven't heard anyone ice fishing it though. Are there a people that go out there?

I used to live in Water Valley and fished there a lot both in the summer and the winter; It is a stocked lake. The largest fish we took out of there was 17", by my wife. All the fish are rainbows.
