Cuba Fishing

So where in Cuba would you consider the best do it yourself fishing resort? What did you use as lures? Got to find a place where my wife can soak in the sun and I can get some good fishing in. Don't really want no guides and get caught up in that just a place to walk out to and catch fish.

I stayed at tryp peninsula in verodero they had paddle boats there that I used every day to get on the water bring your own heavy gear there is nothing there for u to rent or use really easy to fish caught endless fish on live bait fish with halibut rigs there are guides a a avail from there too live shrimp from the buffet worked great lol
