What's the deepest you've pulled a fish from at Spray? For me it's somewhere between 60 and 90.

Flasher said 112' 3 weeks ago and I was fishing right on bottom.

I have caught fish at over 100 feet. I am going on Saturday and hopefully I will do it again and again.

but do you fish 100 or better consistently or did it just happen to be that deep?

The water level in spray lowers over the course of the winter (as you know). We typically don't get out to Spray until March after the prairie lakes close, but we went out early this year since the ice was good. We fished our usual March/April coordinates and the water was 25' deeper than later in the season.

Long way of saying that we are typically in 80-90 FOW.

Typically we're 1/2 to 3/4 of the way down in the water column. A flasher is key at Spray to locate the fish, but not required if you work the water column and jig at different depths.

The last time we were out we caught 2 fish at 90', 1 at 60' (same location).

Somewhere Gust? Somewhere?
Don't leave a guy hanging. I'm a detailed oriented kind of guy.
I need to know exactly how deep you hooked on at.....:)
I'll be checking in on this thread with interest.
Of course the focus seems to have taken a turn to hunting now. Odd.
