Quick Question.

I plan on flying to BC at the end of the month and want to bring my flasher with me. How do you guys travel with your electronics? Carry on or Checked? How do you protect your gear?

I have been searching air canada and can't find any restrictions on traveling with a sealed lead acid battery. But I am a little hesitant to get my stuff confiscated at security.

Any tips or experiences would be appreciated.

Thanks

Chris

I travel back and forth with my flasher in my carry on. I almost get a bag search every time through security and a, "What is that" Look on their face. Just don't say a bomb and you're fine to go!

Worst case if they put up a fuss just ditch the battery and pick up a new one for 30 or put the batt in your check baggage to start with.
