Sylvan lake marina ice fishing question

Can i fish there? There is a no fishing sigh.
Ive seen people ice fishing at the boat dock a couple of times.
Please advise.

There are several aerators in the marina itself, creating very unstable ice.
Each of the last 3 years there have been vehicles through the ice in close proximity to this area.

Not worth the risk IMO.

I would phone F/W to inquire as to the legalities of the situation. Is the water in the slip area considered private? Do not walk on any private lands of the marina, but walk in from the lake. I would not drive in there. This is a great idea and please let us know how you made out. BEL
