a couple threads lately have talked about different types of tip ups people like or fishing contraptions they have built. i present to you the FFF. fellow AO member used it on sat. for pike set up. i had never seen this before but he says he has had it for about 15 yrs. it is battery operated to automatically jig your bait either constantly or intermittently. when fish hits the flag comes up and red light starts flashing. in the right hand corner is a place to put a candle that keeps hole from freezing on really cold days. i have a vid. of it in action but can't post. i made fun of this thing all day but it produced two pike which cost me a hot chocolate. anyone else have one of these or have even seen one? he ordered it from minnesota where it's popular for walleye.
