lake newell perch

is anyone catching any decent size perch out of newell? ive only fished there once a few years ago and was only seeing pike and walleye swimming under us. does anyone fish for them out there if so anyone willing to give up a little information?

Dont mean to burst your bubble but i dont think anyone will give up any info on decent perch in any of the lakes in the area..... however, there are some nice perch in newell if u take the time to search. I wud look for weed beds in around 15 feet of water with sand flats near by, micro jigs tipped with SMALL minnows works for me as well as wire worms and maggots. Good luck!!

Go to marina on north end by houses, try in marina by other ten tents. Hope I did not give up any secrets. Ps don't drive in marina, lots of gas pockets and weak around edges. Also stay away from 30lb pike, they are mine
