This will be the 11th Valentine's Day with the same chick. I'd be dead or in prison or something without her - so - to hell with the politics and religion for today. Hope the rest of you have some Valentine's ninjitsu to tend to as well:happy0180:.

Every Day is the big day around here.
The trick is to not marry her and make sure she has her own house ten minutes down the road.
Almost 6 years with this one. WE had the talk about living together the other day.
We both decided to agree we have it great right now, why risk ruining that?

Good luck with your quest fella. But like I told TreeGuy, women love arriving home to a clean house. Spotless counters, clean floors. The best foreplay going.
It starts before you get to the bedroom.:)

You are crazy. Never ever ever ever ever ever by a Valentines Day gift or card. If you do - you will forever have to purchase a Valentines Day gift or card.

Set the bar low and keep it there for future success.

Genius, I too rely on this simple principle!

Exactly. Under promise, over deliver.

I'm at 10 years of a life sentence. First year me and buddy drive down to Calgary to party it up on valentines day. Been a long standing joke ever since. Guess where I'm headed tonight?

Six years of the best part of my life.

I'm working night shift this week so wasn't able to buy roses or chocolates, but I will on the weekend. And I will take her out for supper and dancing if she is up for it.

She is worth it.

Well...my Valentines Day date is my grand daughter.

The missus and everyone else are at the hospital waiting for my eldest to present us with my new pal.

She started to go into labour a week ago and then put on the binders.

They have induced her but... he is still dragging his heels.

At last count... 4 minutes between contractions.

So... we are watching Hurcules cartoons and for texts...she is turning the house upside down and I'm following her around with a cleaning cloth and a shovel trying to keep up.

By morning there might be another one of us in hospital....lol

Tomarrow its a papa and grandkid pancake breaky then hopefully off to meet the newest family member.

That reminds me... better take a big roast out since I'll probably be feeding the works of em over the next copuple days.
Lord knows my son in laws cooking ability is limited to can openers and microwaves.:bad_boys_20:

I am relatively new at this compared to some of the white whiskered old pharts around here, this is just my 22nd Valentines day with my wife. We are honeymooning, my clause in the wedding vows was that the honeymoon would last 50 years :)

I woke up to a nice little surprise package with a heart shaped reese bar, she got a nice orchid and 2 packs of chocolates.

We were in Hawaii last year for V day with the kids, this year we are a week later and just the 2 of us :love0025:

Made her truck payment, taking her for dinner on Sunday when the service won't be horrible like today. If I had to wait until v day or suck up to get some wouldn't be married to her :) lol

My Valentine is working nights this week, local flower selection is not that great and way overpriced for what one gets but I took some time last night to write my Valentine a letter then enclosed a copy of a short saying. Tried to find a copy of that online but it does not exist........tis ok He got it in his hands so he can read it whenever he likes.

BUT I got a great good morning when he got off work today! YAHOO! :love0025::love0025::love0025:

Went into Walmart at 0830 this morning to get what was needed for Valentine's day. They were already packing up that stuff and bringing out the Easter stuff. I feel bad for the husbands witing until the end of the day to get that stuff. It would probably be all gone.

Flowers at safeway... $29... a card $5... Dinner $75
Making my wife happy is priceless.

The day means nothing to me but if it makes her happy... its worth it.

I may even get lucky tomorrow... too full tonight.

Dinner at a place where everything on each course could fit into a teaspoon= 1/2 a new Tikka.... return home to a Glenmorangie Nector D'or and a beautiful cask strength Limited edition Caol Ila.
As far a foreplay or what I call the "Defrost Setting" I'm good for a while.
