The average population per electoral district in AB is 117,513,over 3 times as large as PEI(33,363). Does this violates principle of equal representation by population?????????

The idea behind it was, whats the point in having less.


A better question would be why do they have 29 ish MLA's. What a waste of tax dollars in a province that demands nepotism.

Its a BS way of running a country this large and with such varience in population density anyway.

We should have equal representation by province or at least by region.

I guess thats what you get when you elect to join confederation and what we got when we were sold into it.
