The original "pinch" was a theft on the part of SRD as their "officer of the year" decided that it was illegal to have birds without feathered wings. Seems to me someone on AO responded to that that it was illegal and wings needed to be left on.

For clarification, once an upland game bird bird gets to a hunters residence, it no longer requires a feathered wing and that boy knew it. He and his supervisor dropped that like a hot potato but decided to chase a federal legislation WAPPRIITA, saying it was illegal to move the birds without an export permit.

I'll put the rest out as time goes on.

By the way there are some very good officers in SRD, Too bad they were too afraid for their jobs to stand up to the idiots. It makes it look very much like they have nothing better to do than harass the legal hunters, hard to listen when they say they are short staffed.
