Black bear hunting east of Edson

I have hunted zone 338 east of Edson during deer season and was wondering if anyone knows if it's a good area for spring bear hunting?

There use to be good numbers there 15+ years ago. I don't see anywhere near the numbers anymore nor the sign.
It gets hit pretty hard with hunters though so that could possibly be a factor.

If you wanna hunt near edson spot and stock groat creek road area has a good number of bears always see them out there
