would be kind of interesting to hang it behind the boat , if the visibility was good enough, one more thing to get out of the water when you hook a big sturgeon though. I tried my regular fish tv a couple years ago, it was interesting seeing a few big walleye. be better in an eddy so you could point it straight down. looked to me like theirs was putting the fish off

Looks like it works great in shallow water in the clear blue ocean. Not so much in fresh water.
Although I had decent results fixing my gopro to a down rigger in 12'

I think the Walker Strike vision system would be better personally. You can go down 120-150 feet and see things as they happen.
