Alberta realm Question

I logged into my Alberta Realm ccount just to look at it;
and found that it shows no history of lic. purchases
I have been Posted here for 3 years and have bought Tags for hunting each year for , WT, Muleys, elk as well as moose draws, and fishing.
but theresno history on the account. except for the purchase of the card when I first arrived here.
Is this normal or should I call them?
I dont want to lose my hunt priorety for Moose because of some screw up.
last fall all my info was there now its all gone.:thinking-006:

You might try reading the e-mail that was sent out to WIN card holders. It gives a timetable of when you can expect to see the updates on the site.

Just curious about the emails, because I was never notified. Wonder if they only sent out some, but not all. You won't think they would do that. Did some of us get email notifications and others not. Maybe.

It said I didn't exist either then I found a button to look my self up.
It took a whole 60 seconds to find me then I just changed my password and it let me log in.

I called today my error message was couldn't find my email or name in the system. The answer was to enter as a new user as it didn't carry over from old to new and you have never logged on until you set up your account and pass word. Once I was in found lot's of stuff missing which the girl on the phone mentioned they are working on .

I guess their was 3 win #s with the same name as mine so they put a hold on all 3 I was on the phone for well over an hour I finally got it fixed up they said they are still working on a lot of stuff and theirs no idea of when every thing will be updated

I had the same problem and I had to open a new account as a first time user. I can now log in now but it doesn't tell me anything other than my profile and when I purchased my WIN cards. It's going to take time and I'm not going to worry until April 8(?) when I can put in for the walleye draws. :)
