Apparently, there was reported to be certain groups coming in after dark and taking over-limit and non-target fish. Having a "curfew" was going to make it easier to catch them! Meanwhile it will keep all the law-abiding poachers away:sHa_sarcasticlol: Laws are wonderful as long as you have the will and the manpower to enforce them.
Just another useless reg that will get some non-lawyer grandpa and his grandkids busted for a stupid reg that doesn't apply to other waters. You really do need to keep a lawyer on speed-dial if you dont keep up with the regs!
Maybe someone could pass a resolution to eliminate this cash-cow, now that the officer of the year has moved on!
