We use bags of oats from UFA and used deep fryer oil from restaurants. Its gross but works really well.
And if you can get your hands on some beavers, they are the best.

oats or barley, stk molases, hamburger and "Ten Dead Horses", if you can find it.

Boiled barley and stk molases will leave "eatmores" all around your bail :) A bit of hamburger and "Ten Dead Horses" hanging in a un-reachable bucket to bring em in.

By the way if you find it, it is bacterial and you can keep making more from using a bit from the previous batch...just like makin sour dough bread, just way worse smelling.

If your are in a heavily hunted area I would recommend dog food and grease over oats. Keep the remains after cleaning your fish all winter and make sent buckets to get them on your baits

bread>oats

mix with a big bag of sugar from costco and you have the best non-meat bait!

FYI I have a few garbage bags left for sale....they are goin like hot cakes!!

Go to any local restaurants and ask for their buckets of grease! The bears love that stuff, and get some bags of oats and mix it all around. Throw in a couple beavers hanging from a tree or in a cage.
Good luck!
