Just run a static planer board, bring an extra buddy. Good to go .run 4lines off each board if you wish. Yes as posted if you total number of hook shanks don't exceed three makes for hellish tangles ime.

How would you run that without having insane tangles?

As noted, running a couple lines off clips on a stationary planer board makes sense, but this looks like a gong show.
