When you start seeing flies in the middle of the day, you start seeing bears.
Theres at least three weeks to go.

Depends on where you are. Down here in the south they should be out and about by now, Not in big numbers for sure. Fingers crossed the weather is right, next week will be in the high teens to low 20's ;)
