They were great for me. Had a delay with my rifle and they called to let me know, left a message, and then called back a couple hours later just to try again.

I once ordered a rem 870 with cantilever scope mount. Upon arrival and inspection a person could clearly see the cantilever mount was welded on crooked. I did PM him through a different website about and wanted an exchange. No PM back. Wasnt impressed. I did manage to make it work though.

I imagine a lot of firearms dealers just have forum accounts for marketing and don't check their PM's very regularly if at all. Why not just call the business directly?

He deal was through.... pm.... I suppose i could have called him directly. But i did buy an item brand new.. but un seen. And thats just a risk u take. Nothing to get angry over. Jus live and learn. I havent dealt with since though.
