Off the divided hwy? I live up there and always find it slim pickings. The Chisholm fire went through there so its just regrowth. Some deer, not many. Odd moose track, but those things will walk forever. Have to go down about 50 km to get to normal forest. Roads can get rutty in spring, greasy in the rain.
Always seen to meet folk on that road. Some are operators keeping an eye on stuff.
Nice drive on weekend with nothing to do.
Did see sandhills cranes walking around once. Bigger than I thought. Kinda freaked me out till I figured out what they were. LOL.
